The Houthi militia announced yesterday that it had conducted military exercises on the Red Sea coast, ostensibly in support of Gaza and Lebanon.
The group-run media said that the ground and naval forces performed tactical military drills around Yemen's western coast, notably in the Red Sea province of Hodeidah.
The military drills simulated how to respond to large-scale enemy strikes on Yemen territory in four virtual waves, which included a variety of hostile naval and military vessels.
The exercises featured scenarios in which the Militia 'defended' Yemeni land from 'enemy forces' seeking to capture control of a village through aerial targeting.
