Houthi rebels continue their Military activities in populated areas in villages south of the capital Sana'a, turning privately owned lands into warehouses for missiles and drones.
Local sources revealed that the Houthis confiscated recently private properties in the villages of Dar al-Haid, Artal, and Haml in Sanhan District, under the pretext of digging "shelters."
However, information confirms that the excavations are secret tunnels used to store missiles and drones.
A satellite image showed a tunnel under construction south of Sana'a, extending towards the village of Beit Bous, while the Great Lahj Valley and the village of Haml have been transformed into fortified military sites containing missile and drones to be used for launching attacks on maritime navigation in the Red Sea.
Informed sources have warned that Houthis activities in populated areas directly endanger civilians and violate international laws requiring military sites to be kept away from residential areas.
